The Process

I will set up a time to chat over the phone to walk through your vision in detail. Your wedding day is the beginning of your family legacy! I believe it is worth documenting the moments and curated details in a way that is genuine to your relationship.

I believe it is incredibly valuable for me to have a relationship with my clients. When my clients know and trust me, they are able to be completely comfortable in front of the lens. This helps create the caliber of images my clients desire and deserve.

The Consultation

After your wedding date is secured, we begin planning your engagement session. An engagement session is such an important asset. You get to know me even better while getting more comfortable in front of the camera. You get an idea of how I operate behind the camera before your big day. And of course, you have images to represent this fleeting and special season of your life.

I work hand-in-hand with your wedding planner to ensure each vendor is aware of the planning and execution necessary to ensure each detail is captured as efficiently as possible. The wedding day is a symphony of moving parts, and I work hard to make the day as stress-free and joyful for you as possible.

All packages come with a second photographer to ensure you are covered on your big day, no questions asked.

Your high resolution (good for prints) and low resolution (good for social media) images will be delivered in a beautifully organized online gallery that gives you access to several print shops of various prices and offerings at your fingertips. Printing high quality, physical products for lifelong safekeeping has never been easier.

You will receive coverage for everything that matters most to you based on my experience with dozens and dozens of wedding days. Rest assured, we will set your day up for the most success and least amount of stress.

Your wedding package - no matter which you choose - includes an engagement session. We'll get to know each other and capture the special season of engagement for you and your fiancee.

You are given a 25-page wedding handbook that is full of incredibly helpful tips to guide you through the wedding planning process with the end goal in mind: a smooth, intentional wedding day.

A wedding album is the beginning of your family heirloom collection. We will create a beautiful album together that will be passed down generationally in the digital age. All of my packages include a credit towards your album.

Never feel abandoned during the planning process! We will have connection points along the way to ensure you feel prepared as the big day approaches. But don't worry, I'm always here for you, no matter what the question or concern is!

DO I really need a second photographer?

I want you to know that if I am your wedding photographer, my mission is to provide as much assistance and wisdom to you in your wedding planning process as possible. Why? Because when you are confident in the work you've put into the details and at peace knowing you have planned out the day well, you will be so much more relaxed and comfortable on your big day. This will naturally result in truly joyful energy for your photos.
Upon booking, I will send you a wedding handbook filled with recommendations, plan-aheads, and tips in order to equip you early in the planning process. Next, I check in regularly throughout the engagement season to provide encouragement, assistance, and update the timeline as needed. I will work with your wedding planner and other vendors to make sure they are aware of small details that make capturing your day so much smoother, taking your final images to a higher level.
In the weeks leading up to your wedding day, we will meet for a drink or chat over the phone/Zoom to finalize your timeline and go over any final checklist items so that when the day comes, we are as prepared as possible! I'm allll about the details and you'll see my organizational side come out in this way. Let me be a source of strength and comfort for you throughout your engagement and on the wedding day!

How much assistance do you provide during the engagement process?

My packages include (60) miles of travel for engagement and/or wedding day. We will go over all of the destination details for engagement session and wedding day on our consultation call in order to customize your investment. Rest assured, I want your investment to be as financially advantageous for you as possible if travel is required!

IS travel included?

The retainer is the initial investment required to secure your date (along with a signed contract). I require a 25% retainer to book your wedding date and full payment is due (24) hours before your wedding day. If a payment plan would be helpful to you, be sure to mention it on our consultation call and I'm happy to make it work for you by breaking into installation payments (up to 4).

WHAT IS A RETAINER?

If the first thing you did was reach out to secure your wedding venue, you might have been surprised how far in advance bookings can be! As soon as you have secured your venue, I would reach out to me to check my availability for your date.
I also have tons of recommendations on other decisions to be made such as getting ready locations, ceremony time, prestigious and trustworthy vendors, etc. that can really shape how beautiful your photos turn out! The sooner I can provide my services, the better!
